Smoothies are a great way to get you daily servings of fruits and vegetables and the best part is, you can sneak in all those awful tasting vegetables camouflaged with an increased amount of the ones you actually love. You don't have to have a standard recipe for a smoothie.However, pairing the right kind of fruits or vegetables is the key. On my blog, I will be sharing some great tried and loved recipes of smoothies more frequently as I am working on getting the whole family excited about the smoothies so that you could too:)
Freshly squeezed orange juice-1 cup
Mint leaves-as desired to garnish
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz away until you get a consistency you desire.
2. Pour out the smoothie in a tall glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a strawberry.
