Yogurt sauce is very versatile. It can be best served with Lamb Biryani, Vegetable Biryani, any sort of Pulao or even with sandwiches. This is one of the sauces I make.
- Yogurt-2 cups
- Water-1 cup
- Green Peppers-3
- Salt- to taste
- Fresh mint leaves-1/2 cup
- Fresh cilantro leaves-1/2 cup
1.Blend togther all the ingredients.
2. Pour out into a serving bowl.
3. Garnish with mint leaves.
