This recipe is gonna change the impression you have of Oatmeal, that is eaten in a sloppy, gooey, form at breakfast with loads of (so called healthy) brown sugar! This is a very easy recipe, doesn't take a long time to cook (takes only a few minutes) and bursts with flavors of fresh herbs and gets the tartness from fresh lemon juice. Its a great substitute for rice or wheat. Try it one time and you will be hooked to it and its very healthy for you bi-iznillah!
