Stir Fried Besan

                                                         

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.

This is a quick vegetarian side dish to serve with some warm home made bread along with some hot lentil soup. It  is a lip-smacking  dish that can be cooked in shortest amount of time 10 minutes approx. These are the humble ingredients you will need.....

Ingredients:

Besan-3 tbs
onion- 1 large roughly slice 
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1 tsp
red pepper powder-11/2 tsp
ginger/garlic paste-1 tsp
cilantro-1/2 cup chopped
oil-3 tbs
lemon juice-3 tbs
Water-2 tbs

Directions:

1.Mix all the ingredients along with water, with your hand, making sure the onions are getting bruised and let it sit aside for ten minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pot and put the stuff in and cook on high heat for 3 minutes while stirring in between.

3.Reduce heat and cook for a couple  minutes on medium heat.

 4. Cover the pot with a tight fitting lid and cook on low  heat for 2 minutes or until you see the steam escape through the lid. Enjoy!
