I find it hard to cook cauli flower by itself as it tends to get too soft too quickly and disintegrates. Heres a way to cook it with bell peppers with interesting ingredients:)

cauli flower- one big (cut into big florets and washed)
bell peppers- two big (cut into big pieces and washed)
tomatoes- One large (cut into big pieces)
salt- to taste
mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
curry leaves-6-8
turmeric powder-1 tsp
peanuts- crushed(2 tbs)
garlic(finely chopped)
cumin seeds- 1 tsp( crushed)
oil -2-3 tbs
red pepper powder-1/2 tsp
water-1/4 cup
asafoetida-1/2 tsp

Method: Heat a few drops of oil and fry the florets until they turn light brown and set aside. Now fry the bell peppers and set them with the florets. Add the remaining oil and ad mustard seeds and let them splutter. Put the curry leaves and after a few seconds, add the tomatoes and stir a couple times. Before the tomatoes get soft, add the fried florets and bell peppers. Pour water and cook on high heat for a couple minutes and before you turn off the stove, add the crushed peanuts, garlic, and asafoetida, stir and cover with a lid and turn the stove off. Enjoy!
