Carrot Salad




Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.




I love eating raw vegetables, only if they are presented in a creative way. This salad is very easy to make and great to eat and looks pleasing to the eye too:)


Ingredients:

Carrots- 1 cup grated
salt-to taste
cilantro-1 tbs(chopped)
onion-2 tbs(thinly sliced)
lemon juice-1 tbs

Method: wash and grate carrot and put aside. Add sliced onions, salt, cilantro and lemon juice and mix well and serve. Enjoy!
