Bellpepper in Thick Gravy

This is my mom's recipe and so, it tastes excellent:) a little pre-grinding makes it easy as a breeze to cook this less than 10 minutes....

Ingredients:

Bell peppers-2 nos
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Oil2 tbs
Onion-1/4 sliced


To be ground

Green peppers-3
Garlic pods-2
Coconut powder-2tbs
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Water-1/4cup

Method: Grind the ingredients to be ground and set aside. Slit the bell pepper in a + shape, 1-1/2 inch deeo,on the bottom and carefully discard seeds.heat oil in a pan and pour a tiny bit of oil and roast he bell peppers, and remove them from the pot. Fill half the ground ingredients into the bell peppers. In the same pan, add oil and heat it, add the onions and sauté them until translucent. Then add the remaining half of the ground ingresdients and also the bell peppers and let cook on high heat for three minutes. Lower the heat and cook for two minutes and turn off the stove. Transfer it to the serving bowl. Enjoy!
